web 2.0 buttons ?! do you know what web 2.0 is? hint… it has nothing to do with design or visual properties whatsoever… so there cannot be any web 2.0 buttons.

Wow! Absolutely awesome. There’s a reason you are number one in Google for the phrase “how to create shiny buttons photoshop”

I started going through the tutorial then noticed you had the source files included. I had found exactly what I needed within barely a minute. Made a couple of modifications and now my shiny new button is on my site (not the site I used in this comment FYI).

Thanks for the Psd files ..

But how can i resize the button ( make it a little smaller or bigger )i couldnt do it with the layers provided .., im using PS CS3

Thanks, hombré. I had made other buttons that were OK, but yours were “cream-o-da-crop”.

Worked great in gimp 2.4.7 on fedora 9.

How do you edit the text on your templates? In Photoshop CS it is just appearing as one locked background image with no layers – so I can’t actually alter anything it would seem?
